[debug] Long callback execution detected (hang or performance issue)

Even using the DisableCrashDetectLongCall (); on OnGameModeInit, on Linux it still prints the debugs, on Windows it works perfectly.

long call time is 0, he doesn't change on centos 8
doesn't change time and doesn't disable
and doesn't get time i think cause it shows 0
