i have been mining for many days i have withdrawn my zph but they are not showing in my wallet.please fix the issue

Lets try to find out a little bit more information.
- Are you using Web wallet or the Downloadable wallet?
- Are you fully synchronized?
- Are you sure you are sending it to the right address?
