This server only allows players from their same local network

Hello, i can't connect to my localhost game in Don't Starve Together. When i try to do it i get error:
"This server only allows players from their same local network"

To solve this problem i must press "~" which open command line and type command:
"c_connect(127.0.0.1, 10999)"
(without double quotes ofc)
Where 127.0.0.1 is localhost ip address
And 10999 is default DST port

Maybe in other game this hint also can be helpful.
