The mining pick increased Extra Loot Multiplier to 110% (at least that is where I assume the 10% comes from), but the drop bear doesn't seem have changed it (at least according to the inventory number).

Fixed, was using an old format still.

Unfortunately due to how the items are added the stats wont be updated for anyone who already has the item.

You can add the stats manually if you want in the console, here is the info:

player.freedom = player.freedom + 0.2
