Bug in Automation Interface lets XAE Shell Crash if FB is selected in a Library Manager and the Library of said FB is reinstalled

Open the Library Manager and click on an item of the library such that the documentation is visible
Install this library with Twinpack
Should be enough to close the library manager if it open before installing a library with twinpack to workaround this issue
