READ FIRST : Adding any unsupported VPN providers

User Defined works pretty reliably with minimal/no user modification. It's use is documented on the wiki if the wizard isn't working for you.

If you can't get User Defined to work, then pick a supported, well used provider such as Nord or PIA.

I'm not interested in adding any more providers, and more importantly maintaining them. Requests to add more providers will be ignored
