The action bar customizations were abandoned early on since I didn't really think through what functionality it should have.
It's time to bring it back.
- Link to Table of Contents (see #4).
- Quick jump to any slide
- Display slide index / total number of slides

Still to do on this issue:
- Separate action bar mode for TOC
- Come up with a better way to toggle the action bar that's both discoverable and works without surprises.
