Weather widget doens't display the forecast randomly

From time to time, after clicking the clock, the forecast doesn't show up. I use OpenWeather. Usually I cut the City Id, paste it again in place and then click OK. The weather is usually displayed again. It's not the default behavior, but it happens randomly, from time to time. Quite annoying bug.
