READ_DISC_INFORMATION still missing implementation, can consider reusing the one from ZuluSCSI once licensing decision reached, or reimplement.

@PetteriAimonen now that we've reached a licensing decision, let me know when you've been able to copy the READ_DISC_INFORMATION implementation from ZuluSCSI over.
