Use case
Today the project does not have any workflow for continuous integration or publication.
Proposal
It is necessary to create workflows for publishing the plugin on pub.dev with an account configured by the package administrator (matheus.ribeiro@zup.com.br) and also workflow for development, running tests and doing static code analysis.
