Broken link in CONTRIBUTING.md documentation

Description

The link to the forum in the "Contributing Guide" section of the CONTRIBUTING.md file appears to be broken. When clicking on the link, I am not redirected to the forum.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the CONTRIBUTING.md file
2. Navigate to the "Community" section
3. Click on the link to the forum

Expected Results

I expected to be redirected to the forum when clicking on the link.
