[FEATURE] Migrate templates from MAKEFILE to BUILD.SH file

What would you like to be added:

• Update the formula structure, migrating the Makefile to a build.sh file

Why is this needed:

• Since a recent release on the CLI, Makefile aren't required anymore and can be substituted by build.sh files. That way it won't be necessary to have a make command dependency to use Ritchie and build formula anymore.

• This feature will impact Ritchie documentation.
