[Request] Add wiki.openstreetmap.org links

It would be nice to have a link to the relevant page on wiki.openstreetmap.org for the current preset, like in iD:
My specific use case, for example, is when I am adding a waste bin. I always forget which one of the suggested values for the waste tag is wrong. It would be helpful to have link to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dwaste_disposal in the editor to quickly look it up.
(By the way, it's recycling in the suggested top 6)
