Switching maps doesn't clear proposal URL

In the LTN tool web app version, if you load a proposal (and get a URL query param), then change maps, the query param doesn't get cleaned up. Doesn't appear to cause problems immediately, but if someone shares the URL, it'll probably break on initial load.
