Improvements to CLI interface

[a-jackson]

The CLI interface is very basic. It needs more functionality adding to it such as
Update individual show
List shows
Scan episode and list matches without copying/moving
etc.

Also
Improve output formatting.
Make use of stderr and stdout where appropriate
