Can't get a text message response from Bot

Hi,

I've followed the instructions pertaining to configuring a Twilio number with this app. My Twilio number is receiving messages sent by the user (who registered with a phone number) but not responding. The Twilio a2p 10dlc registration is active and approved. I've added the recommended code to the webhook section of the message configuration settings for the Twilio number, etc.

Any ideas?
