fix: ecotone checkpoint sync

Checkpoint sync currently tries to do some decoding on L2 blocks when fetching a checkpoint and it does not handle the attributes deposited transactions being different post ecotone. We should use the much nicer attributes deposited decoding functionality that we already have which handles both cases quite nicely.
