Load featured image Immediately with blurhash placeholder image

I want use blurhash placeholder replacement image until my original featured image is loaded. but at the same time I don't want user to start interacting with to load the . in other words - as soon as page is loaded, blurry placeholder image loads and then original image should replace it, all without user interacting with the page. This is going to help us with LCP a lot.

Don't know if it's a right ask for this plugin, but I have a feeling it's possible with correct settings which I am missing.
