Integrate the bot with self-assigned discussion channels and seperate discussions by category

The idea is to have the bot note the discussion channels assigned to it by a command, and also note which discussion channels should be kept separate from each other to not cause mixing.

The plan is to let people choose what channels they would like to interact with each other, by specifying the target discussion channel, as well as source (!thread posting channel) channels for a particular target. There can be multiple targets for a single source and the other way.

The bot would check the channel in which the !thread is posted, look for the free targets and then start the discussion in one.

This is as robust as to include all types of guilds and their structure.
