Readme doesn't say anything about custom certificate handling

Hi,
Firstly thank you for this cool library.
I'm using it and has spent few hours to find out how to setup client with self-signed certificate including whole certification chain.
It would be handy to have a sample in README which explains how to do this properly.
I will create pull request for this as well.
