Dependency not required: CSF_TZ

csf_tz is not really being used in this app. A print_out util function is being imported, but not being used.

Thank you. Unused function removed, but there are custom fields of csf_tz that are used by propms and so it will still be required to ensure that the fields are in place. There's a hierarchy of fields we use from different apps and therefore this dependency.
