[Feature Request] MP4 Recode option

when downloading videos with a resolution higher than 1080p the video becomes .webm (and the final file is in .mkv),

it would be interesting to have an option to re-encode the video in mp4, it is not very practical to have to add a .txt with “--recode mp4”
