Remove Heroku from the CI and potentially remove the examples

...as they will become unmaintainable for Dream as an OSS project. My understanding is that the free tier is completely gone and there is no easy way for Dream to demonstrate real deployments to Heroku and continue to test them, and also that Heroku has become considerably less attractive for developers.
