Data from another saved contact appears suddenly in a new contact

Something strange happens to me: I am using Philia in Windows 11 Version 23H2 SO 22361-3296 Pt-BR
So, I created a new contact with phone number and so one. Saved it.
Open a new contact
The phonenumber from the last saved contact appeared in the new contact again, and if I delete this number, the number was deleted in the contact I have saved before.

And, LBNL, if I can ask for a wish, it would be nice, if I can create other folders but Contacts (the only one that appears in the top left column). For instance, home contacts, work contacts, money and banks etc.
