LIBCURL_INCLUDE_DIR not found after install libcurl4-openssl-dev

after apt install -y libcurl4-openssl-dev on Ubuntu20.04

still get the following problem when cmake . :

LIBCURL_INCLUDE_DIR not found

Hi, this project's github actions use also ubuntu 20.04: reference
And the builds are passing, you can check it here.
(Even I use Ubuntu 20.04 WSL for development and it works fine for me.)
So it seems like, this is an issue in your environment.
