Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Refactor /app/controllers/proposals_controller#create and related models to better leverage the Rails framework
- Feel free to modify or delete ANY FILE in this repo for your submission
- Feel free to change the params sent to the controller
- You are able to change the data model through migrations if you believe it necessary
- Assume that the currently logged in user can be retrieved from the ApplicationController#logged_in_author
- Ensure the changes you made work by providing rspec tests for the new code
- When complete send us a pull request
- write some specs
