Google Colab setup

would really help if you provided an easy way for other to test this.

example: this one has script to setup, download dependant models etc: https://github.com/hack-mans/PanoHead - there script may help yyou.

Your current instructions to get this up and running are very frustrating (not clear enough making it challenging to setup)

Hi, I totally understand setting up this might be a bit tricky as it uses other repositories and their pretrained weights. However, to ensure we do not violate their license terms, we had to keep it this way. I'll try to see what else we can do to ensure the inference becomes more seamless.

How about a YouTube video showing the setup steps- if Google collab script or more detailed install steps aren’t possible.

even if you just showed step by step with setup screenshots it will go a very long way.

I spent the whole weekend trying to get it functional however without clear steps it’s very difficult .

example: which version of Linux, version of anaconda, version of etc etc and each step required when other repo models or files need to be copied in.

I can help: if you list the exact source urls for the various external files coming from other repos and destination folders for the relevant files I’ll write you a nice setup guide - step by step
