X86only cannot be installed with separate parameters

Why are you using it for x64 OS? it's ment for x86 OS
it's merely the same x86_x64 stripped out of x64 files, i didn't make anything special for it

Thank you for your reply.
Many x64 systems still require the installation of the x86 version runtime library

However, I do not need to install the x64 version of the runtime library
