Resolving duplicate issues - is looking for issues that both aXe and pa11y found, a manual process?

Hi @abbott567 - Was wondering if you had some code that would do some pre-prep work to try to find and reduce duplicates in the results. If both aXe and pa11y have found the same issue on the same element I'd like to only see one error for it and then some note in the report of "pa11y found this too" or something.

I thought I'd ask about that here before potentially going to write my own code for this...
