UI/UX: Make existing timestamp labels on scrubbers update with destination value in realtime while scrubbing

When setting A/B start and end points in a Spotify track loop, it is very difficult to pinpoint an exact target timestamp. If, while dragging, this label could be updated in realtime, it would allow users to set drop the drag more precisely.
