Provide translation for the Readme file into English, to cover who will be searching in English ( I believe they are not few)

@Mostafa-Rady I thought about it a lot, I think It would be great but after adding reasonable amount of content in the repository, I could localize it to English as well.

@abdumostafa I'd recommend you do it at this stage because it will be easier rather do one big README file at later stage.

Guys, I found this issue about making localized markup file in github github/markup#899
So, what do you think ? I could make another file like README_en.md and put a link on top of my default Arabic md file , and another link on the English to get back to Arabic.

Hi, I think it's a good solution, and its implemented by many repos.

Guys, I found this issue about making localized markup file in github github/markup#899
