Nothing happens when I click the "Submit for Review" button

I'm using Firefox 43.0.2 on Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.2. Chromium Version 49.0.2589.0 (64-bit) isn't working either.

OK, it's working now!
I don't know why, but adding a record or two to the places table got things working!
