[sch/brd] Give indicator in 'view' mode

Right now, the only indicator that you're in view mode is no editor tools appear.
Give some feedback, maybe a blurb of text "You're in view mode, you can't edit someone elses schematic/board" and a maybe an icon to give some visual distinction to the edit mode.
