Add highlight text tool in the toolbar

The highlight tool in the toolbar should be able to help with applying some predefined colors to the rich text and highlight the content.
- Should be part of text tool.
- Add documentation.
- Add predefined colors similar to Basecamp.
- Add storybook.
- Add changelog
