[Explore] Add embed video links tool in the toolbar

Add a embeds video link into the trix-editor.
- Should be part of text tool.
- Add documentation.
- Add predefined colors similar to Basecamp.
- Add storybook.
- Add changelog

Hey @abhaynikam Any plan to implement this video link embed feature soon? I really this package and I would like to use it. But, I really need the video link feature. So, please let me know.

@JaiFred No plans as of now but I can invest some time to explore this feature. Will keep you posted here.
