server timeout

I install the traad-install-server.
It seems OK.
When I try to rename, it tells me timeout. What might it happen?

Notice:
I have a virtual env for my development. And I usually firstly enter that virtual env. And in that virtualenv, I use traad-install-server, it works.

Oh, I see it's my fault. I add an empty file named .ropeproject under my project root.
After deleting it , it works well.
