We should be able to:
- Resolve locked npm dependencies from yarn and npm lockfiles #1244
- Generate lockfiles for npm and yarn if they are missing aboutcode-org/dependency-inspector#7
- Also support pnpm lockfiles resolution aboutcode-org/scancode-toolkit#3766
