Currently there is only a latest tag available on docker hub. This can cause issues for people as they could be automatically upgraded to the new release unexpectedly.
It would be an idea to tag the docker image with the corresponding release. For example abutaha/aws-es-proxy:v0.8

@niallmccullagh This is done now. New containers will have their own tag while the latest tag will be pointing to the latest version.
