Cannot Escape Blockquote

Describe the bug
A user has difficulty escaping block quotes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the live demo
  2. Click within the block quote "This is a quote."
  3. Press Enter as many times as you wish
  4. Does not escape blockquote

Expected behavior
Pressing enter twice should escape the blockquote.
