Line Height changing on using BlockQuote

Describe the bug
Line Height is changing on applying blockquote on selected text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to demo
2. Select Text and make sure to have multiple lines of text for seeing the issue visually.
3. Apply Blockquotes.
4. See the changed line-height

Expected behavior Line-Height should not change on applying blockquotes
