mozilla-requested changes to minidump_stackwalk

I'm going to attach a patch of my changes to minidump_stackwalk that would
support all of my needs for Mozilla use.  It adds machine-readable output
(from a -m command line flag) and also adds support for multiple symbol
paths in SimpleSymbolSupplier.  I added that so we can store operating
system symbols and third-party library symbols separately from build symbols.
