XML Files

In the XML files used for describing component’s parameters, it is unclear which parameters are
already being used in the code and which ones are still being implemented. Many variables also lack
on explanation or examples. This makes it difficult for the user to understand them, especially since
for some variables an uncommon naming convention is used.
Also the formatting of the .xml files varies. Sometime the explanation is given before the variable,
sometimes after.
