ISSUE: When running a simulation several warnings occur in the command window. Since these warnings do not seem to hinder the simulation the user possibly ignores them. This blocks the view on potentially important output in the command window.
SUGGESTION: Clean up the code and tell the user which warnings are acceptable and should be hidden from the command window as well as which should not be ignored (all other?).
