Change login interface

Instead of using a dialog, create a toolbar on the main UI for the login fields.

• Two textentries: "Username", "Password"
• Two buttons: "Login", "Logout"
  • "Logout" should be disabled unless the user is currently logged in

Put this toolbar below the main editing textbox.
