Feature Request: Add a function to start a game on a specific device

Description
The official sony PS App supports starting/downloading games to a specific console. I would like to see this same functionality added to the PSN API.
API's
I don't know what API calls are required to make this work.
Use case
I would like to add an option to my project, PS5-MQTT, to start a specific game, on a PS4/PS5.
