New Task - Home page, narrowing the blue box section, centering text

So after putting in the new shorter text - the home page - the area with the blue box and the apartments in background - it looks a bit empty.
Can we narrow the section a bit - maybe to where the red line is in this image below, and center the text within the box - so there's not so much empty space at the bottom?
