[BUG] the "connected papers" page "Open In EMNLP2019" button has an undefined URL

The links for the "Open in EMNLP2019" button in the https://virtual.2020.emnlp.org/papers_connected.html page are invalid. Also the link to the paper is invalid when clicking the title.
I don't know how to fix it. Probably just remove the first button since other buttons work.
