Author's Site Metadata

For each author in the comma-separated Authors: metadata, use an authors url comma-delimited array to link to a personal github account or site in the article template. Bonus would be to automatically use any user who pushed a commit to the article file. Use the former enhancement as an override for guest authors? If use name or email associated with Gravatar, pull in info that way so we don't have to store a list, and can use an author thumbnail.
