Scrolling on Windows Phone

As Many of You know already - JPanel is not working for Windows Phone 8 browser. It shows the menu but it is impossible to scroll it – so if the menu is taller than screen it hides everything that is out of it.
Any suggestions how to fix this? Or - has anyone succeeded on getting this to work?

The fixes in #16 should address this scrolling issue. The panel is now defaulted to static positioning, restoring default scrolling behavior.
