Unconstrained and Nested Constraint Layouts in dialog_condition.xml

The layout file dialog_condition.xml has two nested constraint layouts and the inner one is not constrained. Remove the nested Constraint Layout or even better remove the buttons from the layout and use the included action buttons from Dialog class.
